“Lucky Me” from Project Lucky MeMay 2025
The first story is based on my personal experience. During a management meeting at work, I once heard a female manager of a similar age to me comment, “No wonder our company don’t like hiring working mothers—they always quit quickly.”
To give this story more depth, I listed the reasons why I am considered "lucky" in this context and conducted research on the employment rate of working mothers, childcare policies, and fertility rates in Taiwan.
改編自我的個人經驗。主角是一位在廣告公司上班的 26 歲女性，在廣告公司升為主管後，面對高階主管在面試職業婦女時的偏見言論：直言公司並不想雇用職業婦女，因為他們通常很快就辭職、無法勝任專案——她內心想反駁，但最終卻什麼也說不出口。
